Liam Mifsud and Alison Fair are working parents who understand first-hand that being a parent creates career pressure. Both are experienced career coaches and consultants and are passionate about improving job and career satisfaction for their clients.
Liam Mifsud
Liam is an experienced coach and NLP Practitioner who can help quickly identify and clear the blocks that prevent individuals from achieving their goals. He has held professional and managerial roles in international business, managing multicultural teams to deliver major sales, network and outsourcing projects. Whether in line-management roles or managing large project teams, he has developed a keen interest in personal and team performance leading to the set up in 2007 of lm evolution, specializing in personal development for executives and teams.
Alison Fair
Alison is passionate about unlocking people's potential and building their confidence so they are much more focused, motivated and energized about their career. As a qualified Adult Careers Guidance specialist and Myers Briggs practitioner, she has advised nearly 3000 clients on redundancy, career refocusing and returning to work on a one to one basis. She is a creative thinker with excellent listening and rapport building skills, establishing an environment where people feel they can safely unpack and explore their concerns, face their fears, identify their passions and find a realistic and workable way forward.
