Helen has two children and at the beginning of this year she decided that she was tired of trying to arrange care for them during the school holidays and feeling guilty heading off to work when her children were ill. Now she works in her little study at home while the children play in the garden. Helen loves to organise other people's paperwork to make their lives easier.

International Assistance
Helen has worked in various industries in both England and South Africa in a variety of administration and secretarial roles over the past 10 years and in December last year she completed an NVQ in Business Administration. Her most recent role was as a Branch Administrator for a recruitment company. She found that her main skill utilised as a Virtual Assistant so far has been typing.

Your virtual admin
A few of her most recent VA clients have needed the following - copy typing and editing of a book, copy typing of a 40 page contract that was in .pdf format and needed to be a Word document and reformatting CV's. She also handles internet research, mailshots, spreadsheets and a variety of other administration tasks.

Adhoc or not
Clients do not need to hire a temp to type up just one or two documents. Helen is available on an adhoc basis to cover sick leave or holiday cover. With her computer and resources, you only pay for the hours worked - not her tea breaks!
