As well as being a SEEDA Women's Enterprise Ambassador, she talks on flexible working and how the exciting remote working culture is revolutionizing the work place of the future.
Paula has also been commissioned to write a book on setting up an online business.
Paula has won two business awards: Karen Darby as a mentor and the BT Global Action Plan Responsible Business Day Award. She was nominated in the Top 100 Companies in the Barclays Trading Places Award and was runner up for the Enterprise Challenge in the 2009 Enterprising Women Awards.
If Paula were an an animal ...
... she would be a Californian Fire Ant – ferocious, not to be under estimated, can bring down any foe, no matter how big, in mere minutes. Gets through an army of work but there’s only one of her. Has a lot of equally powerful mates so don't mess with this Fire Ant.

Derek Skinner
As a Non Executive Director, Derek Skinner has significant "hands on" experience in general management, new product launches, distribution and logistics, acquisitions and divestitures, start-ups, flotation and turnarounds, this Financial Director adds value with his significant HR experience, including UK and international recruitment.
As a Non Executive Director for Remote Employment, Derek is keen to be part of the fast-growing niche in the 'home based' jobs market. His accounting, marketing and general management skills add strength to the executive management team.
If Derek were an animal ...
... he would be a North American Beaver – great at building bridges and dams. Meticulous in his construction of the seemingly impossible, even with flimsy material. Equally at home in a number of diverse environments – in water (hot or cold) or on land; in the board room or on the golf course. Rarely seen out at night.
Ada Lazz-Onyenobi
Ada joined us towards the end of 2009 and is a key member of our sales team, using her great account handling skills with our clients who wish to advertise jobs or their branded services.
Ada has some great experience working in international sales and has held various client facing roles in finance and education sectors, even finding time to develop her own home based business.
It certainly helps that Ada is a committed home worker and needs no convincing of its advantages.
If Ada was an animal ...
... she would probably be a Meerkat – always alert, never stops working, a great team player and a very quick mover!
Chris Power
Another important player in our sales team, Chris brings a lot of great experience from his days in publishing and business development. Home working has been Chris’s ‘thing’ for some time now - just as well with three children who need a bit of his time and attention!
Chris finds time to coach and referee the local youth football team after which a job in recruitment is just a breeze.
If Chris were an animal ...
... he would probably be a Water Buffalo – strong, not to be trifled with and likely to charge at his enemies head first if they annoy him, and always seems to get first place at the waterhole. A great person to have on the sales team!
